 Hi Geoff,

First of all, there is no VI anymore, only vim and other programs that
mimics VI.

On vim, you can use UTF-8 by either doing the following:

:set encoding=utf8

Or use it with a UTF-8 environment when executing it (and no other settings
effect the encoding).
