Hebrew e-mail - Mandriva 2010.0 - KDE4

I tried that and it does work, but there's no way I'll get my wife to do that 
- there's got to be an easier way :-(

Is the KDE team or the people who handle Hebrew support aware of this problem? 
Should it be reported as a bug?
