When trying to use with Skype Linux 2.0.0.72 the picture is green and flashing. I have tried <br><br>Today it worked once and once only with:<br><br>LD_PRELOAD=/usr/lib/libv4l/v4l1compat.so skype<br><br>When I typed the above into System Control Panel - Console with root password the Logitech Quickcam worked OK.. However I doubt that without root the camera will work in Skype. I unfortunately don't remember what I did but for one time I actually got a picture in the
