<div dir="ltr">this rfc does not talk about different dns protocols for ipv6 dns and ipv4 dns,<br>it talks about standard dns servers which have ipv4 and / or ipv6 stacks.<br>so it has nothing to do with ping6 (as the dns for it can run using ipv4, only the icmp is ipv6).<br>
