things to watch out on ebay are mainly fake phones and locked phones (reported<br>
stolen and thus will not work in the states on the original network). Forgot the<br>
exact terminology<br>

You should also make sure whether it's a carrier locked phone or not (which may<br>
unlocking to use locally).<br>

Also note that unless things changed, there is a 30% tax on cell phones, so I'm<br>
not sure how profitable it is to order one from ebay unless you have someone to<br>
