I have spend too much time ( in my opinion) trying to install redmine, and migrate from trac, failing each time with a new error.
all the howtos i found did not work for me.
It seems little tweaks could solve it, like they forgot to mention i have to cd to a certain directory, or they wrote 'RAILS_ENV="test"' while the only thing working for me is 'RAILS_ENV="production"'
but still it fails while importing trac (msg: "can't convert NilClass into time"), and i do not see the end of it (were the hell is all my data stored ? (i need to back it up), on what url on my browser i can find it ...) ...

So i decided to stick with trac, and just add some plugins ...
either trac is simpler, or i got to know it quite well...

cheers,
erez.

On Thu, Jul 14, 2011 at 12:15 PM, Erez D <erez0001@gmail.com> wrote:
