<div><ol><li>most of the mention the same resources (obviously).</li><li>Almost all of them are in English only.</li><li>Some of the links on the "Israeli Resources" pages are dead - i.e.: <a href="http://www.zulo.org.il" target="_blank">http://www.zulo.org.il</a>.</li>
<li>All of them are outdated - both design (The IGLU site is the exception) and content-wise.</li></ol><div>I have no idea in Web development and/or design, but what I *do* have is lots of motivation, free time and some basic translation skills.</div>

<div>You can download the whole site source and compile it on your own machine.</div><div><br></div><div>Your second requirement: credentials. None of the Haifux contributors ever got any, to the best of my knowledge. Only speakers get credentials.</div>
