</div>Open the zip, locate install.rdf, open it in a text editor. It's a simple xml file. Find the <version> tag and change the value for whatever you want.<br></div>If I recall correctly it will install to anything less than or equals to the value in the <version> tag.<br>
</div>I did this successfully to my old FF extensions that didn't upgrade fast enough between the 3-6 jumps. After that Mozilla fixed it so it's no longer an issue. I think.<br></div><div class="gmail_extra"><br><br>
