As I wrote, the help screen suggests running:<br>
setcap 'CAP_NET_RAW+eip CAP_NET_ADMIN+eip' /usr/bin/dumpcap<br>

but that results in:<br>

<br></span></blockquote><div><br></div><div>urpmf on Mageia 5 x86-64 indicates that setcap is part of the libcap-utils package, which you can install using urpmi or whatever.
