In the end I went with <a href="http://box.co.il" rel="noreferrer" target="_blank">http://box.co.il</a> for 49 NIS / year.<br>
They were fully automated, but I had to print a form, fill it, scan it<br>
and send it by email to ISOC in order to get their approval.<br>
They (ISOC) even called me to verify that it is indeed me who asked<br>
for the domain transfer.<br>
