[RBS] supercard rides for pupils

Just for information for people like me who did not know, if you had last 
year a right to cartisiot now, you can load theese in the supercard office. 
everybody who is entitled to is on a list, and you can every month reload 
the amount you are entitled to.
May be someone mentioned and I did not hear it, but just in case someone 
else didn't know. so it is better loading in the office and not in the bus.
