[RBS] electric bill

I just got my correctly- addressed electric bill and it says I must pay it 
by April 7, 2009.  Obviously, I can't do that, since today is April 29th. 
Did this happen to anybody else?  Will I be charged late fees?  Is there 
anything I can do, or it won't matter, as long as I pay it ASAP (not now 
because the moded is closed for Yom Haatzmaut, I know, I tried).  Please let 
me know if anybody has had a similar experience.  Thanks, Judie
