[RBS] Repairing a broken camera

Other than photofirst, who by the way are discontinuing to send broken
cameras for repair, as the technician they use is far too unreliable
and is giving photofirst a bad name they do not deserve, is there
anywhere else in rbs where one can have a broken camera repaired?
