i feel it would enhance the quality of life for kids and mothers if we were to have tarps covering the playgrounds so kids could go out to play even if it were very sunny. would appreciate any info on how to get the iriyah to take care of this, i.e. who to contact, what's the best way of going about it, etc. thanks, chana breier
