[RBS] Where can I rent a conference room?

A local company is looking to book a conference room for a day, possibly
more, with videoconferencing capabilities.  

Is there such a thing in the general Beit Shemesh area?  
Does anyone know of such a thing in J'lem or Tel Aviv - or anywhere in
between BS and those places?

In all seriousness - such a thing OFF the beaten paths of the big cities is
preferable, but we'll take what we can get.
