[RBS] Bet Shemesh Workers should be praised

We wanted to publically announce a yaasher koach to Menashe from the
sanitation department.  He found our sons wallet and called to return it to
us.  Everything inside the wallet was intact other than the cash and
cartisiyot that must have been stolen before it was tossed.  The show of
integrity strenghthens our hope for klal yisrael.
