[RBS] Closest maariv b'zman to Ezor Ta'asiyah or Har Tuv?

Here's a weird one.  I think I specialize in weird ones.

On Thursday, the earliest maariv b'zman is in the 7:30+ range.  We are a
group of 4, coming from Har Tuv, that would like to get a minyan around that
time as close to Har Tuv or the Ezor Taasiya as possible.  Any ideas, folks?
