[RBS] stop new antenna from being put up on top of Beit Natif

The city (Montag) has given Partner cellphone company permission to build an
antenna on the top of the hill of Beit Natif.  this will destroy the nature
in that area, and make it unsafe to visit this hilltop - the site where most
of the school activities in the area are conducted at.. this is done with no
regard to the future plans for this site.  please oppose this in any way you
can, at least to call the Mayor and let your voices be heard.
