[RBS] looking for a cheap Air Conditioner

Does anyone have an air conditioner to give or sell cheap to a needy family who cant afford one?

A neighbor of mine, pregnant and who has a large family living here in Bet Shemesh, in the terrible heat, with no AC, because they cant afford one. 

Anything would be greatly appreciated.
