[RBS] us embassy coming to beit shemesh?

I know that in the past, the us embassy has come to beit shemesh for a day on occassion, and I have been able to make an appointment and get a passport without shlepping anywhere.  Does anyone know if this is going to be happening anytime this fall (November-ish) and if so, how to make an appointment?
