POSTING FOR A FRIEND

Does anyone have a way to contact the owners/workers at the framing store in RBS, HAKOL BAMISGERET? They do not return messages; the sign on their store, which has been there for over a week, says it will open on Sunday. 

Does anyone know which Sunday they were referring to? If anyone knows the name of the woman who works there, I might be able to look up her number. They have my pictures and I need them.
