[RBS] tefillan

[Hadassah Rosenthal]

I am writing for a friend whose tefillan was stolen about a month ago. He held out that it would be returned, and now that he has accepted that it is gone for good, he hasn't bought another set because he doesn't have the money. Does anyone know an organization that might be into halving the cost?
