I have had the opportunity to work with a wonderful woman this year named 
Esther Ben-David.  She is in her early 50's.  She worked for Misrad 
Hachinuch for many years as a saya'at in the ganei safa and ganei tikshoret. 
She dropped out of the work force for a few years to take care of a sick 
mother and recently she has returned to work.  I employed her as a saya'at 
at my pre-school and I was very happy with her work.  She is a natural with 
children and her extensive experience working with children with language 
and communication difficulties is a real asset.  She also took a course in 
story telling and I think she would be a good person to work on language 
enrichment through stories.

I want to recomend her to anyone who feels that their child may require a 
shadow for part of the day at pre-school or in the early grades.
