[RBS] Important info re: Kita Mekadement

There have been many requests in the past made of the chinuch meyuchad
department to open a kita mekademet in local talmudai torah here in RBS A.



In the past few weeks there has been much positive movement in this
direction. The likelihood of having this important service be available for
next year will be that much greater if the Mayor was to receive personal
requests from parents and educators whom are eagerly awaiting this
development.



Please find the time to flood R' Moshe Abutbul's fax with letters stressing
the need and importance for new kitot mikadmot to be opened in local
talmudai torah in RBS A. The sooner the better since crucial decisions are
being made now.
