[RBS] looking for office space

I am looking to rent office space starting September 1st, 2 evenings  a 
week from 6-10 or 11 preferably Sunday and Tuesday. Requirements would be:  
privacy and a waiting area and a plus would be a chair and a couch.  
Ideally it should be in the dolev/refaim/maor/habesor area. Any leads would 
 be greatly appreciated.
