Posting for Mercaz Rakefet:

Mercaz Rakefet will be running a workshop on
"Preparation for First Grade".

The workshop will introduce the children to a variety of skills as a basis
for learning and prepare them to start school with confidence.  The children
will learn in a playful and challenging environment in small groups.

10  meetings will run through the Summer vacation in groups of up to 5
children under the supervision of a special education teacher.

The following subjects will be covered:
• reading and writing readiness 
• math readiness 
• organizational skills 
• social skills development
 
Cost of the workshop - 450 shekels.
