[RBS] HELP! trying to locate a specific camp

I think I remember someone advertising a while back for a camp in BS
that had a ganenet or something similar running it (she was someone's
neighbor) that dealt with feelings and social skills and the like in
the camp. Sorry for being so incomplete but does anyone know what I am
talking about? Someone I know could use this info and I am trying to
get it for her.
