[RBS] anyone living in Ramat Shilo?

A family member is thinking of moving there.  They want to know 

A) are you happy with your builder - the quality and his responsibility?
B) are you happy with your neighbors/immediate community?


If you would be able to take a couple of minutes out and let me know your recommendations, it would greatly help them in making a decision of which area to buy in and through which builder.
