[RBS] Innovative car parking solution

Thought this would be of interest.

There is an excellent car parking service pango (Park and go). The
service allows you to park on a blue and white line, call a number
from your cell phone when you arrive (or send an sms), and again when
you return to your car, and hey presto, your credit card is billed. No
more need for loose change or parking cards. The service operates in
most of Israel (as of yet not in Jerusalem, though they are working on
it). Your car is registered with a sticker, so any warden who comes
will know you are signed up to the scheme, and shouldn't give you a
ticket! There is no charge to sign up, and the rates are the same as
if you were paying by parking meter.
