[RBS] Anyone going to HAr Tuv who can help?

IF anyone is going to har tuv in the next day or so and can take a check and
cash for us to pay our electric bill, it would be grezatly appreciated. It
has to be paid there, we cannot pay it in the bank or post office. Going by
taxi means shelling out 70 nis jsut for the taxi...( no, we do not have a
