As an example of a typical Friday morning, just two days ago, when the
office is 'ostensibly' closed - before even taking my children to
school, I received two phone calls.  The first from someone telling me
she'd moved (2 weeks ago if I recall!) and couldn't possibly get to work
- she called the client the previous night, but only then was informing
me!  The next call was from the cleaner who I'd advertised as available
due to a cancellation to the first caller - she was ill.

What happened with these two clients who depended upon getting a cleaner
