[RBS] local cell phone rentals

I am looking for a local place to rent a cellphone for about 2 weeks for 
relatives coming from abroad.

I prefer to not have to go to Jerusalem to pick it up and/or return it, 
unless there is nothing local.

So, are there any local companies that rent locally?
