[RBS] The New Water Fine...Where Is It?

If you are wondering whether you were charged the new fine for using "extra"
water, look at the first charge in the itemized section of your bill.

If it says "Hetel T'zricha" you were charged.

There is a LOT of talk about trying to repeal this fine for water usage. You
MAY want to pay your bill WITHOUT paying the fine (I think that can be done
only at the iriyah office), so that in case is does get repealed, the city
will not have your money.

This suggestion is at your own risk.

Yes, I took part in the non-arnona-paying strike of RBS many, many years
ago.

You may also want to reduce your water useage...contact me off-line about
that.
