Equipment – A unique class utilizing exclusive Pilates resistance equipment including the Reformer, Cadillac, Springboard and Stability Chair.

Class size limited to a maximum of 5 participants. Typical class size 3-4

 

Matwork – exercises are done on a mat utilizing unique small props for variety, challenge and support - including arc barrels, BOSU balance trainers, large stability balls, toning balls, foam rollers, flex bands, rotational discs, Pilates Edge and more . . .    Maximum 7 participants. Typical class size 4-6
