[RBS] Family in need

A family whom we are very friendly with is in desperte need of financial help.  The father works and earns a very minimal wage.  The mother is presently looking for work.  There is no food in the house and they have just been adised that their water and electricity is going to be cut off and their rent has to be paid.  They need between NIS 7,000 and NIS 10,000 to help them out of this situation.
