[RBS] Need an apartment to rent for a single older lady

Do you know of an apartment to rent? It's for my friends mother who
has been given 3 weeks to move from her current apartment as the
landlord has sold the place! She needs a bedroom, living room and a
mepeset.  The cheaper the better but it needs to be liveable.
