[RBS] insurance broker

Please help: Is there any insurance broker that works for the client?
In America the insurance broker did EVERYTHING for the client. Is there such a thing in Israel? We need someone that had good experience with a broker when filed a claim. Once we make a claim than we are faced with Agmat Nefesh and are all alone. We need someone that takes responsibility and does not make TEROZIM.
