[RBS] shoulder straps for stroller?

 i have a graco double stroller but it is a 3 point harness and it is not 
safe for my newborn. i need to find shoulder straps and i will have them 
connected to the stroller to make something like a 5-point harness. does 
anyone have any old straps they dont need (maybe your stroller is broken 
beyond repair?) or you know a place that supplies them?
