[RBS] need garage / mechanic for yearly car maintenance

After 8 years of looking for a local garage that I feel I can really rely
on...I am still looking.

If anyone can recommend a local garage I would appreciate it.

For now I need just the regular once a year tipul but I also need to get
some A/C work done that no one has been able to figure out.

If it matters, I have a Citroen Jumpy.

(Worse comes to worse, I get the work done in Jerusalem if you have a
phenomenal recc.)
