[RBS] [BS/RBS list] info re replacing lost superbus cards

you go to the superbus branch in beit shemesh city centre, they look up on 
the computer and check how many credits were left on the card. they print 
out a new card and you have to make up the balance to a full card (eg we had 
10 rides left so we had to pay for another 10) and then you pay an 
additional 10nis for the new card.

and thats it! it took me 5 mins altogether, and i did not have to bring my 
son to the office for a new photo since his previous photo was stored inside 
the computer.
