[RBS] ride to Tel Hashomer- Tues am

I need to be at Tel Hashomer- Sheba hospital Tuesday morning (11am) for an appt. - is anyone going there then who can give me a ride? Alternatively, can anyone tell me how to get there using public transportation (train/bus)?
