[RBS] Bar Mitzva Boy Needs a New Set of Elegant Clothes

We were told that there is a Gmach in RBS offering clothes for Men and Bar
Mitzva boys at a subsidized price or free/
Does anyone know about this or another way. Is anyone willing to donate a
sum of 300 NIS to this cause?
