The water bill you received DOES NOT INCLUDE the new fine for "overusage" as
defined by the Knesset.

To determine how much MORE your water bill will cost next time, according to
the exact same useage, visit this site:
http://www.water.gov.il/water/Console/CalculateHetelWater.aspx

Enter the data from your current bill, and then you will see the new figure
below (mine was 620 NIS HIGHER!!!).

If you have questions about this issue, or questions about how to understand
