[RBS] Taxi's won't go from Big to RBS A

Anyone know why the last two days taxi's would not go from BIG to RBS A? Two
nights ago it took my kids 40 minutes until a taxi finally agree dto go to
RBS A. Tonight my niece tried to get a taxi and it also took like 40 minutes
and over 20 Taxi's until 1 finally said ok, but charged them 40NIS.

Just curious if there is something goign on causing this.
