[RBS] SUPERBUS monthly pass

can anyone tell me where i buy my daughter a monthly bus pass? do i have to 
go to the office in beit shemesh or can the driver do it? she already has 
the cartissia with 20 pumches on it, can that be converted or do i need to 
take her again to get her photo taken? and how is the pass renewed each 
month? any info appreciated. i know i should call superbus but i keep 
missing their open hours!
