We know the area (streets and projects) very well, and we have a
representative "on the ground" and a local lawyer to move quickly.

SPECS
We are looking for a duplex with no less than 4 bedrooms (called 5 rooms)
It would be nice to have room to expand, with a private entrance to home
AND/OR option to close off area for office with private entrance office (a
big plus)
