Tech company in Jerusalem is looking for:
Technology Administrator 
Responsible for the operation and administration of the company's internal networks, servers, email, phone, database and security systems.
We are looking for a tech "Guru" to manage ALL our internal corporate technology assets.
 
Duties and Responsibilities
•	Administration and maintenance of company's internal systems.
•	Configuration and set-up of all new server systems required internally for the company's activities.
•	Firewall administration and overall responsibility for company IT security.
•	Administration of email servers for company-wide email.
•	Provide telephone and desktop support to internal users.
•	SQL server administration including tuning, backups, security, and installation.
•	Asterisk Phone system administration including setup, tuning, customization. 
 
Skills / Attributes Required
•	Good working knowledge of the following operating systems:-. Windows 2000 Server, Windows 2003 Server, Exchange, Asterisk.
•	Strong working knowledge of major networking components, network operating systems and basic computer hardware components
•	Hands on knowledge of the procedures used in the installation, modification maintenance and repair of IT hardware and software.
•	Experience with SQL Server 2005 administration
•	Hands on management of Asterisk based phone system
•	BE or BS Degree in one of the following subject areas: Computer Science, Business Administration, Information Technology or related field preferred
•	5-7 years IT operations 

•	Good understanding of the organizations goals and objectives
•	Ability to present ideas in user-friendly language
•	Self motivated and directed, with keen attention to detail
•	Able to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
•	Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
•	Good written and oral communication skills
