Frum family from the US are coming for a trial period of 2 -3 months starting at the end of June 2010 and they are looking to rent minimum a 3 br Apt. Imy"h if all is well he is looking to rent long term and maybe even with the option to buy. If this does not work out then this will be a summer rental. The Area that he they are considering so far is: Lachish, Sorek, Shacham, Ein Gedi, Teveria and Tzfat. There is also an option to swap homes for the summer they have a fully renovated 5 Br house with a modern kitchen and back yard and with parking in the Flatbush area of Brooklyn.
