[RBS] Objections Plot 420

Plot 420, which was originally designated for Yeshivat Hesder, Torat Shraga, 
Tnuat Noar Ezra, Shul Nofei Shemesh/Neria, has now been advertised by the 
city that it is intended for 5 Chareidi amutot.  Whoever wants to object 
should write his basic details (name, address etc.) and reasons for 
objection and get it to me.  I will deliver it to the Muncipality.   It must 
be done THIS WEEK.

Anybody experienced with this procedure, and is willing to help, will be 
most appreciated.
