[RBS] seeking "geshic" teen to help

I am looking for someone to come into my house this Sat night, help organize
the post shabbos havoc, help with some of the dishes, be on top of the kids
(they are self sufficient but need someone to  remind them to put away their
shoes and when to go to bed :) and try to help ensure the kitchen is
"mesudar"  so  that when I come home with loads of dirty serving pieces at 1
or 2 AM I have empty sinks and clean counters to put them on.  This is the
crucial part of the job so please only email suggestions of someone really
capable of doing that job well.
